Have you ever felt so lost, jumbled in your head, and have NO idea where to start with your health + wellness journey?

I sure as hell know I have. Being able to find a way to step back from your current reality with fresh eyes to see the bigger perspective helps you untangle where you feel stuck. This is exactly why I created the jumpstart lifestyle audit.

​It’s a fun and easy process where we 'll work together to audit where you’re at in your life mentally,  physically, and spiritually. We’ll go into details about mindset, sleep, self-care, nutrition, hormones, supplements, exercise, and so much more!

The lifestyle audit is done either in person (Austin area) or zoom. It’s a 90-minute call where we’ll start by having you fill out an in-depth- intake form so I can have a peek into your day to day life, habits, routines, and how you feel overall. Then we’ll go over your stronger and weaker parts to help you fill in the gaps where you need support most. 

Most of the time we know what we need to do, but we get in our own way of tackling and unraveling our “stuff”. This is where I come in and help you make your health + happiness easy, fun, and obtainable. 

 

What We’ll Be Addressing Together To Make Positive Change

  • Mindset Framework 

    We'll look into your current mindset. Diving into where you fall on the mindset spectrum ( fixed vs. growth) We'‘ll structure a plan to see where you need support most. 

  • Nutritional Game Plan

    We'll look over your daily nutrition and I'll help educate you on all levels to create nutrient-dense meals for more energy and stamina. We can also help address a weight loss plan for you if desired. 

  • Stress Management

    We'll come up with a plan to combat stress, overwhelm, and ways to help calm your nervous system through a handful of modalities catered to your needs. 

  • Time Management

    We'll look into your schedule and how you use your time. Together we'll come up with a plan to most efficiently us your time so you can utilize every moment to its fullest. We always complain we don't have enough time, right? I'll help you find the time, guaranteed. 

  • Exercise + Moving Your Body 

    We'll look over your exercise routines and find ways to improve and get you moving for optimal health + wellness.
