I sure as hell know I have. Being able to find a way to step back from your current reality with fresh eyes to see the bigger perspective helps you untangle where you feel stuck. This is exactly why I created the “The Healthy and Happy Roadmap”

​It’s a fun and easy process where we'll work together to access where you’re at in your life mentally,  physically, and spiritually. We’ll go into detail about nutrition, inflammation & weight loss, gut health, blood sugar, fatigue, habits, routines, detoxing, and so much more!

We kick off working together by having you fill out a fun and informative health assessment, so I can peek into your daily life, habits, routines, and how you feel overall. Then we’ll go over your stronger and weaker parts to help you fill in the gaps where you need support most. Then we build out the stepping stones needed to help you propel into a newfound happy and healthy version of yourself.

Most of the time, we know what we need to do, but we get in our own way of tackling and unraveling our “stuff”. This is where I come in and help you make your health & wellness journey easy, fun, and obtainable. 

What We’ll Be Addressing Together To Make Positive Change

  • Nutrition

    Together we’ll review your daily nutrition, and I’ll help educate and point you toward a nutrition game plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. We can focus on minimizing nighttime cravings, weight loss, improving energy, and combating fatigue. We can also run functional labs to see if there’s any correlation with your symptoms and an inability to lose weight.

  • Relationship with Food

    Do you find yourself allowing food to run your life instead of you? Catching yourself eating at undesirable times or consuming more foods than you know is best for your health? It ok; I'm here to support you and help develop systems and strategies to help create a new narrative around food.

  • Gut Health

    We’ll address your current gut health and discuss any symptoms you may be experiencing. We can work on ways to minimize bloating, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, and any other GI issues you may be noticing. We can order functional labs if needed to dive in deeper to combat any unbalanced microbiome.

  • Inflammation

    Are you experiencing an achy neck, shoulder, back, knees, or any other joints in your body? If so, we can work together to come up with a plan to help reduce inflammation in your body to give you some pain relief. Addressing this area with some personalized nutritional and supplement support can make all the difference.

  • Habits & Routines

    Feeling stressed and overwhelmed because you have a hard time adhering to new habits or routines? No worries, I’m here to help you understand the psychological aspects needed to create positive, sustainable change. We can work together to create and lock in new habits, routines, and goals.

  • Detoxification

    Do you feel like you have low energy, are always tired, feel irritable and moody, break out constantly, feel inflamed and puffy, have constant brain fog, and struggle to sleep? If so, your body might be in need of a strategic detox. Together we can come up with a nutritional and supplement protocol catered to your bodies and lifestyles individual needs to feel much happier and lighter in your body.

  • ✨ (1) 1:1 60-minute wellness session per month where we customize your healing process to meet your specific needs - includes Zoom, Phone, or FaceTime

    • .✨ Our first call is an in-depth session (60-90 minutes) where we deep dive into your healing process and strategically plan out what areas of health and wellness to focus on 

    • ✨ Every session moving forward after our initial kick off call is roughly 60 minutes and we work together to keep the accountability and momentum moving in the positive direction of obtaining your goals and bigger picture

  • ✨  Unlimited access to Melanie Via Email to answer any questions that may arise between our monthly calls so you feel fully supported along your journey

  • ✨ Follow up report of all the notes we talked about in our session, any recommendations, supplements, “homework”, or plans to be addressed so you dont have to do any guess work and everything is strategically laid out step by step for you
