      <image:caption>I started working with a coach, who now is my mentor, and I couldn't live without his positivity and guidance. Having a coach literally changed my life, no joke, thanks, Dave! As we worked together, I overcame so many limiting beliefs I had about myself. I pushed myself harder than I had ever before. I started to shift my focus on getting healthier from the inside out. ( Not the typical outside-in) Diving deeper into nutrition and transforming my overall relationship with myself, food, and loved ones. That's when pure magic happened for me, Legit, it was like I waved a magic wand. I was able to let go of the anxiety I had around my nutrition and self-love. #gamechanger I went back to school, became certified as a holistic nutritionist, life, health, and wellness coach. I also have training in integrated energy therapy, NLP, CBT, and emotional intelligence. Having many tools in my toolbox helps me have vast knowledge and education to help people, just like you, with their individual needs. As I overcame my traumatic past, unhealthy habits, and cycles that no longer served me, I started to see life from a different perspective. I wanted to be a mom + wife that would make my family proud.</image:caption>

It showed me everything I wanted to let go and didn't want to identify myself with anymore. I didn't want to be Melanie, the girl with depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, IBS, and much more. I wanted to be Melanie, the girl who overcame her mental obstacles, so in turn, she could be the best health + life coach in the universe.  Yep, that's what I told myself, and that's what I'm here striving to do. To help all the beautiful women ( aka YOU)  believe + trust in themselves to create positive change in all avenues of life. Supporting you on your journey is what light's me up more than anything.
